A fatal error

Bonjour quand je lance minecraft il y a la fenêtre mojang puis crash et voici ce que le launcher me dit:

J'ai tout essayé je ne sais plus quoi faire alors svp aidez moi.

PS :J'aide une amie sur son son ordi,donc je ne pourrais pas appliquer vos conseils de suite donc dite moi et je verrais, merci.
