Minecraft crash quand je lance une partie

Comme le résume ce titre, mon minecraft crash quand je lance une partie ou un serveur. Java a césé de fonctioner. et l'obtion déboguer s'affichait. Quand on clique dessus on voit que une application "bloque ce programme" :
Microsoft visual studio
je l'ai désinstallé mais le probleme est récurrent mais quand on cliqye sur déboger, cela ne fait rien
